Fast and Secure Delivery:

All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space in London. Prints will be shipped worldwide from their UK or Germany studios depending on your location. 

Please see the checkout page to get accurate shipping quotes for your address.

Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.  

Delivery Time: Orders usually ship out within 72-hours of your purchase, and will be sent with the following shipping agencies:

Loose Prints:

UK: Royal Mail

EU: Duetsche Post

EEA and Rest of World: DHL Express

Framed Prints:

All framed pieces will be shipped with DHL Express

Estimated Average Shipping Times. 

  • Europe, UK, USA & Canada: 3-5 Business Days
  • Rest of the World: 7-10 Business Days

Holiday Delays

In the unfortunate event that you haven't received your package after 15 days, please contact hello@benjaminhardman.com and we will look into this further for you.

Sustainability Measures and Carbon Neutral Print Process: 

I'm proud to say that my prints are sustainably packaged and carbon neutral from end-to-end. This was only made possible by the amazing efforts of my print studio partner The Print Space, who have worked incredibly hard to carefully inspect every stage of their printing and shipping process. Secure Payment:

You’ll have two payment options at check out, Paypal and Saltpay.

Both use a secure 256 bit encryption service. We all know Paypal, so if you have an account that will be the quickest checkout method.

If you’d like to pay directly with a credit card, Benjamin’s store is partnered with Iceland’s most secure and trusted payment platform named Saltpay / Teya. You’ll be directed to the following page to process the payment for your order.

 

 

Exchanges & Returns: 

I am truly confident that you’ll love your print. They will uphold the test of time and become a talking point in your household. Straight refunds are not accepted as these are limited edition prints, however in the event that you'd like to exchange your print for a different one of equal value, you'll have 15 days to contact us from the date of delivery to arrange the exchange. You'll just need to cover the shipping charge.

The print tubes and packaging are extremely tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.

Just send an email with an image of the package, print and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number to hello@benjaminhardman.com and we will get the replacement arranged for you right away.

We'll cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print.
